CJI BR Gavai recuses from hearing plea by Justice Yashwant Varma in Supreme Court
Kapil Sibal mentions Justice Yashwant Varma’s petition before CJI Gavai for an expedites hearing. CJI said he’d constitute a bench and that it won’t be proper for him to hear the matter since the petition assails the authority of the CJI too.
