Who is Abhishek Manu Singhvi? The lawyer who fought for Tata Sons against Mistry is now fighting against it
Tata Trusts has hired Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi to oppose N Chandrasekaran's reappointment as Tata Sons chairman and its proposed listing. Notably, Singhvi previously represented Tata Sons in its dispute with Cyrus Mistry. He is also a Rajya Sabha MP and veteran Supreme Court lawyer.
