United Spirits withdraws HC plea after FSSAI revokes ban on its rum
United Spirits has withdrawn its Bombay High Court challenge against FSSAI restrictions on select liquor variants after the regulator revoked its order. The dispute involved added ‘rum flavour’. Old Monk maker Mohan Rocky continues to challenge a similar ban.
