Supreme Court may hear Delhi Govt’s plea against blanket ban on overage vehicles today
Recently, CM Rekha Gupta-led Delhi government temporarily halted its ‘no-fuel' for overage vehicle ban and has now moved the Supreme Court, challenging the 2018 ban on diesel vehicles older than 10 years and petrol vehicles older than 15 years.
