State-run refiners plan green hydrogen projects worth ₹2 trillion
State-run oil refiners have issued tenders for 42 kilotonne per annum of green hydrogen capacity, and an additional 128 kilotonne are planned. The initiatives will cost ₹2 trillion, said Union petroleum and natural gas minister Hardeep Singh Puri.
