SC summons comedian Raina & 4 others over demeaning PWDs
The Supreme Court has taken a stern view of the misuse of free speech to mock individuals with physical disabilities. The court summoned comedian Samay Raina and four other influencers following a PIL accusing them of denigrating the dignity of the physically challenged on online platforms.
