Hong Kong allows outspoken Cardinal Joseph Zen to attend Pope Francis' funeral
Cardinal Joseph Zen, a vocal critic of the Vatican's China policy, was permitted to leave Hong Kong to attend Pope Francis' funeral after a court granted him his passport back.
