HC upholds conviction of 7 for forging WW2 MIA soldier's will to grab land
The Punjab and Haryana High Court upheld the conviction of seven villagers for attempting to fraudulently acquire land by forging the will of a World War II soldier who disappeared in 1943. The villagers falsely claimed the soldier lived with one of them and died leaving a will.
