Arunachal Pradesh will launch its first commercial coal mine at Namchik-Namphuk coal block on October 6, 2025. Union Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy will inaugurate the site, which holds 1.5 crore tonnes of reserves, aiming to boost local revenue and create jobs for the youth.
