'Dubai chocolate' must come from Dubai, German court rules
A German court in Cologne has prohibited Aldi from selling its 'Alyan Dubai Handmade Chocolate' because it is made in Turkey, not Dubai. Although Aldi claimed the origin was clear on the reverse label, the court decided the name misleads consumers.
