'Don't start a new language in Class 9': SC tells Centre, cites Board exam stress
The Supreme Court urges the Centre not to introduce a compulsory third language from Class 9, saying it adds to students' Board exam stress. Justice BV Nagarathna says the language should instead be introduced from Class 6 during the hearing on Tamil Nadu's Navodaya schools case.
