Cash-at-home row: 'CJI recommends impeachment of Justice Varma'
Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna has recommended the impeachment of Justice Yashwant Varma following a Supreme Court panel's indictment in a cash recovery controversy. The CJI submitted the inquiry report and Justice Varma's response to the President and Prime Minister.
