Attack on tourists in J&K: 26 killed, including foreigners, locals & official
At least 24 people, mostly tourists, were injured in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam's Baisaran Valley, Jammu and Kashmir. Authorities used helicopters and ponies for evacuation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, currently in Saudi Arabia, condemned the attack, directed swift action, and asked home minister Amit Shah to visit the site.
