Almost All Leading Large Language Models Show Signs of Mild Cognitive Impairment: Study
Dayan et al. found that although large language models show remarkable proficiency in several cognitive domains, they show notable deficits in visuospatial and executive functions, akin to mild cognitive impairment in humans.

With the exception of ChatGPT 4o, almost all publicly available large language models subjected to a test called the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) showed signs of mild cognitive impairment.
