Arrests at unsanctioned Deltopia festival rise for fourth consecutive year
The most serious arrest last weekend came when officers stopped a group of people on Saturday morning on Marketplace Drive as the group headed toward Deltopia. One of the members of the group was in possession of a loaded gun, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office said.
